Military OS product walkthrough Produced September 13, 2026, using synthetic local captures from September 12–13, 2026. Member administration This administrator walkthrough follows one member through their profile, membership history and renewal queue, using a local demonstration organization with sample records. Start in the admin console and open Members under People. Access to this workspace depends on the administrative roles assigned to your account. 1. Find the member Enter a name or another identifying detail in Search members, then press Enter to load the matching results. Here, we are looking for Aisha Coleman. Select the intended record and confirm its name, email and chapter before proceeding. Search can return several matches, so check the selected person rather than relying on the search text alone. 2. Read the profile summary The selected record shows profile status, home chapter, any separate local chapter, and the current membership type. Contact details and operating access appear below. Profile status and membership status are separate concepts. Use the membership record and its dates when checking whether a particular membership term is current. 3. Inspect affiliations and history Scroll down to review chapter affiliations and membership history. The home chapter records formal affiliation; an optional local chapter records where the member currently participates. The history lists past and current terms for this person. This example has one annual term, with its start date, end date and active status shown together. 4. Open Memberships Open Memberships from the People navigation. The first section contains the paid products offered at checkout, including their names, durations and prices. Those products describe what someone can purchase. Scroll further down to Membership terms to inspect the actual memberships already recorded for individual people. 5. Select the membership term Select Aisha's annual term from the ledger. The detail panel shows the membership period, home chapter, current status and the source that created this record. Use Open member record to return to the associated profile. The link connects the term to the person, while keeping their profile and membership history as distinct records. 6. Check the source and payment This sample term has a migration source, representing membership history loaded during an initial import. Its payment panel correctly shows that no checkout payment is attached. For purchased memberships, an explicit payment reference connects the term to its payment. The system does not invent a payment for imported history or a complimentary grant. 7. Locate the complimentary flow The separate complimentary-membership form requires a person, membership type, dates and a reason. An annual membership needs an end date as well as a start date. Use this flow only when the association intends to grant a membership without payment. It records the granting administrator and reason; this walkthrough inspects the form without issuing a grant. 8. Open the renewal queue From Member operations, open the renewal queue. It includes recorded memberships ending within the next ninety days or ended within the previous ninety days. The time filters separate recently ended terms from those ending within thirty days, thirty-one to sixty days, and sixty-one to ninety days. 9. Focus on upcoming expirations Choose Ends within thirty days. In this recording, Aisha's term ends in four days, and the card shows the chapter, membership type, status and dates. Use Open member if you need to check the profile before following up. The queue is a review and follow-up workspace; it does not create the next membership term. 10. Prepare the payment link Email payment link opens a prepared message in your email application, addressed to the member and containing the membership checkout link for this installation. Review that message before sending it. Renewal is completed by the member through paid checkout, and a new purchased term is recorded only after confirmed payment. Member administration reviewed You have now followed a member from search and profile review through membership history, term details and renewal follow-up, without changing a record or sending a message. The screens reflect the product at the recording date. Military OS continues to be improved, so controls and layouts may change in later versions.
