Military OS product walkthrough Produced September 17, 2026, using synthetic local captures from September 13, 2026. Stripe income payments This walkthrough shows the Stripe income workflow using a local demonstration organisation and sample payment records. The captures do not represent a live connection or a real payout. Open Payments from the admin workspace. In the current baseline, connecting the association's incoming-funds account is a high-trust operation reserved for the highest-trust operator. 1. Connect Stripe Select Connect Stripe to begin the provider authorisation flow. Stripe Connect returns the association's connected account, and the payments desk stores the connection and the latest readiness snapshot. The operating model keeps card revenue, payouts and reconciliation in the association's own Stripe account rather than a shared platform merchant account. 2. Check collection readiness A connected account is not automatically ready for launch. Check the connection status, charges and payouts separately, then complete any remaining Stripe banking or compliance steps before treating the account as live income infrastructure. When charges and payouts are enabled, the association can collect through its own account. Refresh status when onboarding changes, and use the Stripe dashboard when finance staff need provider-side requirements or payout detail. 3. Receive an event payment Paid event checkout opens the configured Stripe payment path after the attendee selects a ticket and supplies the event's required registration details. The association's connected account is the destination for the payment. This screen is a local demo checkout, so no external charge is made in this recording. In a ready hosted installation, confirmed provider results create the payment and ticket records together. 4. Keep records separate and linked Payment records and membership or ticket records remain separate relational concepts. A purchased record carries an explicit payment reference; imported history or a complimentary grant does not invent a checkout payment. Refunds created in Stripe or in the event sales desk sync back into the same transaction records. Operators can therefore review the provider state and the association record without inferring income from an unrelated transaction search.
