Military OS product walkthrough Produced September 13, 2026, using synthetic local captures from September 12–13, 2026. Military OS Military OS brings member records, memberships, chapters, events and awards into one association system, with separate permissions for different responsibilities. This tour uses a local demonstration organization with sample data, starting with member records and moving through the work of staff and chapter officers. The admin console The admin console groups the main workspaces into people, programs, commerce and system administration, with an overview of current records and operational activity. Administrators see the tools their roles allow them to use, while chapter and event responsibilities can be assigned without giving everyone association-wide access. Member records Open a member record to see their profile status, current membership, chapter affiliations and assigned responsibilities together, alongside the contact details they have provided. A member can have a home chapter for formal affiliation and a separate local chapter for current participation, without losing the distinction between them. Membership terms Memberships have their own records, including start and end dates, status and the source of each term, so expired terms remain part of the history. Payment records stay separate from membership records, while an explicit reference connects a purchased membership to the payment that created it. An administrator can also grant a complimentary membership through a separate flow that records the reason, dates and granting administrator, without creating a payment. Renewal follow-up The renewal queue lists memberships approaching expiry or recently expired, with filters for timing so staff can review the relevant members. Staff can send a payment link from this workspace; the next membership term is created only after the payment has been confirmed. Chapter administration Chapter officers have a workspace for their assigned chapter, with its roster, leadership assignments and local news, governed by their administrative permissions. Chapter officer readiness Across the association, the readiness view shows required officer positions and dated terms, highlighting missing assignments and terms that need attention. The association can configure which chapter positions are required, then use this view to inspect gaps across chapters and open the relevant records. Event administration The event workspace lists association and chapter events, with access to event details, ticket products, sales and attendance controls for the responsible organizers. Attendees and check-in The attendee list brings together ticket holders, ticket types and registration answers, with filters for ticket status and whether someone has checked in. At the event, organizers can use signed ticket codes for check-in and review the recorded attendance from the same event workspace. Award programs Each award program has its own criteria, nomination prompts and nomination cycles, while reviewers work within the award permissions assigned to them. Supported nomination rules can check current membership duration, limits on earlier recognitions and a prerequisite award, with the applied checks stored when a nomination is submitted. Nominee context during review During a review, the nominee panel shows current membership, home chapter and recognitions for that award, alongside the nomination process without exposing contact or address details. Reviewers can record decisions and notes within their assigned permissions; only an approved nomination can proceed to an issued recognition, with its issuance recorded in the audit history. Administrative activity The activity timeline shows recorded administrative actions, including the operator, time and affected record, with filters for dates, people and areas of the system. Association configuration Associations can configure supported settings, including branding and the public website's appearance, using a shared product codebase with a separate deployment for each association. Request a walkthrough to discuss your membership rules, chapter structure, events and award processes, and identify which supported settings fit your organization.
