Event agendas and speaker profiles
Events can use one or two agenda tracks. Sessions can include times, rooms, descriptions, and ordered speakers.
Agenda settings
An event can have no agenda, one track, or two tracks.
Each session records a title, start time, end time, track, room or location, and an optional description. Times use the event's configured time zone.
The public agenda uses one time scale for both tracks. Sessions with the same start time align horizontally. The height and position of each session reflect its time and duration.
Track and session administration
Event administrators can add, rename, and delete tracks. They can add, edit, move, and delete sessions from the event record.
Session speakers
A session can have multiple speakers. An administrator sets their display order and can add a session-specific role such as host, panelist, or keynote speaker.
Speaker directory
A speaker profile can be linked to an active or inactive association person. It can also be created for a guest who does not have a membership or account.
Profiles store a display name, URL slug, headline, biography, avatar, and public visibility setting. The same profile can be assigned to more than one session.
Public speaker pages
A speaker's name on the public agenda links to the speaker page when that profile is public. The page shows the public profile fields and published event sessions. It does not show membership status, account information, or email addresses.
