People and memberships
A person creates and verifies an account before choosing a paid membership. Confirmed payment activates the profile and records the membership term.
Chapter administration
The home chapter records formal affiliation. An optional local chapter records where a travelling member currently participates.
Event operations
Event staff manage public listings, paid or free tickets, agendas, speakers, registration answers and attendance from the event workspace.
Awards and recognition
Staff configure the award once, then create dated cycles with nomination, eligibility and review rules.
Payments and records
Payment records remain separate from membership state and retain their provider references, amounts, refunds and related membership or event records.
Hosting and data separation
Each installation has its own application runtime, PostgreSQL database, Cognito user pool, storage and configuration.
Application, database, identity, storage and configuration resources are not shared with another association.
The deployment region is selected for the client environment.
Hosted database connections require TLS, and AWS-managed storage is encrypted at rest.
Initial configuration, agreed record transfers and launch checks are handled directly with the association team.
