Implementation and deployment
Each association receives the same maintained application and AWS architecture, with its own isolated deployment. Implementation scope covers supported configuration, branding, agreed data migration and launch checks.
- Part of the maintained product: memberships, chapters, officer assignments, permissions, events, awards, payments, publications, reporting and administrative history.
- Configured for the association: branding, deployment region, supported settings, supported integrations and supported workflow options.
- Scoped separately: data migration, onboarding and bespoke development are scoped and priced separately where required. The proposal identifies the agreed work and any requirements outside the maintained product.
Chapter officer labels and readiness settings can be configured within the product’s fixed role and permission rules.

Hosting and data separation
One isolated AWS installation per association.
Each installation has its own application runtime, PostgreSQL database, Cognito user pool, storage and configuration.
AWS region
The deployment region is selected for the client environment.
Encryption
Hosted database connections require TLS, and AWS-managed storage is encrypted at rest.
Initial configuration, agreed record transfers and launch checks are handled directly with the association team.
