Reviewing the event attendee list

Event staff can review issued tickets, registration answers, and arrival status, then apply the same filters to the screen, printed list, and CSV export.

The attendee page shows the number expected, checked in, not arrived, and revoked. Staff can also open the ticket scanner, print the list, or export it.

Information shown for each attendee

Each row shows the ticket holder's name and email address, whether the holder is a member or guest, the ticket type, and the attendance status.

Answers collected during booking are shown against the same ticket. If the ticket has been checked in, the list also shows the recorded check-in time.

Filtering the list

Staff can search by name, email address, or ticket type. They can also select a ticket type, choose an attendance status, or find tickets containing a particular answer to a registration question.

This example shows the one ticket with Vegetarian recorded for the meal requirement question.

The totals at the top change with the filters. The filtered example therefore shows one expected attendee and one person not yet arrived.

Printing and CSV export

The current filters also apply to the printed list and CSV export. Staff do not need to filter the same information again in another screen.

The print view removes the site navigation, buttons, and filter form. It keeps the event name, current totals, and matching ticket details.

The CSV file includes the ticket holder, email address, member or guest status, ticket type, attendance status, check-in time, and one column for each registration question.

Using the list during an event

The Open scanner button leads to the in-app ticket scanner. A checked-in ticket is then shown with its status and check-in time in the attendee list.

Only signed-in event administrators can open the attendee list, scanner, and export.
