Event sponsor settings

The event form lists organizations that can be shown as sponsors. Staff choose the sponsors and their display order. The same order is used on the public event list, event page, and issued tickets.

An association-wide sponsor can appear on every event. A sponsor selected for one event appears only on the events where staff selected it.

Organization records

An organization record keeps the name, logo, website, current status, and relationship with the association. Relationships can include sponsor, exhibitor, corporate partner, and vendor.

Contacts and portal access

Contacts are kept separately from the organization's public relationship. A contact can be responsible for billing, marketing, or organization administration.

Listing an organization as a sponsor or exhibitor does not give anyone account access. Staff must give access to a named person for that organization.
