Waiting lists for full event tickets
Fixed-capacity ticket products can use an ordered waiting list. Event staff can reserve one available ticket for the next person for a limited time.
Joining the list
The waiting-list form appears when a ticket product has reached its fixed capacity. One email address can hold one current entry for that ticket type. The private status link shows the queue position and allows the person to leave the list.
Offering the next ticket
Event staff select the ticket product and an offer period from one to 168 hours. The first waiting entry receives a private checkout link for one reserved ticket.
Capacity checks
Paid tickets, pending checkout sessions, and live waiting-list offers use the same capacity calculation. Starting checkout replaces the offer reservation instead of counting it twice. An expired offer releases the ticket.
