Seeing who changed an association record

The Activity page records selected administrative actions and shows who made each change, when it happened, and which record was affected.

Administrators can filter recorded actions by record, operator, area, action, and date.

Finding a change

The list shows the time, area, action, operator, and affected record. Administrators can search for a member or record, select an area or action, enter an operator's name, or limit the results to a date range.

The page shows the latest 100 matching actions. The filters can be narrowed when an older or more specific record is needed.

Reviewing the details

Each entry has a Review button. It opens a dialog with the details recorded for that type of action.

This example records that Jordan Lee changed Morgan Sanchez's award nomination from submitted to Under Review.

The example shows an award nomination status change. It records the operator, date, affected nomination, award cycle, previous status, and new status. The Open record button leads to the related administration page.

Limits on what is displayed

The detail dialog only displays approved operational fields. It does not display passwords, access tokens, payment details, or raw supporting evidence.

Activity retention is configured separately. The record is intended for reviewing administrative changes, not for storing copies of every field in the affected record.
