Managing organization relationships and event roles
Association administrators can maintain organization profiles, dated association relationships, and event-specific roles from the organization overview.
Organization overview
The overview displays an organization’s entity kind, status, website, linked active people, and primary contact. Association administrators can use it to review the organization record before updating a relationship or event role.
Organization access remains separate from association administration. The overview is available to association administrators and super administrators. Primary, marketing, and operations contact roles identify contacts, but do not give those people administrator permissions.
Dated association relationships
An organization can have dated association-wide sponsor, exhibitor, corporate partner, and vendor relationships. The overview shows dated history and the next end date for an active relationship.
That end date tracks the organization relationship. It is not a member’s membership renewal date.
Event relationship lists
Each organization overview also lists its current, past, and cancelled event relationships. An event carrying more than one role appears once with its roles together. For example, Summit Exhibit Group appears once for the Annual Leadership Summit 2026 with Sponsor and Exhibitor roles.
The organization directory can be filtered by entity kind and by an existing relationship type across every status, helping staff locate current and historical organization records.
