Who needs attention

Instead of opening every member record, staff can see the people who need renewal attention in one place. The list includes memberships ending during the next 90 days and memberships that ended during the previous 90 days.

Each row shows the member, chapter, membership type, current dates, and how many days remain. Filters separate recently ended memberships from those due within 30, 60, or 90 days. A member disappears from the queue once a later membership period has been added.

Adding the next membership period

Staff choose the next membership type and confirm its start and end dates. The form fills in a suggested period beginning the day after the current membership ends. Those dates can be changed before the record is saved.

The system blocks common mistakes. It will not add the period to an inactive person, place it before the current membership ends, overlap another period, or add it after another renewal has already been recorded.

Keeping the membership history

A membership beginning in the future is marked as scheduled. One beginning today after a lapse is marked as active.

The previous period stays in the membership ledger. Staff can therefore see when each period started and ended instead of seeing only the latest membership status.

Activity record and payments

The activity log records who added the next period, when they added it, and the dates and membership type they selected.

This screen records membership dates; it is not a payment or checkout screen. A payment can support the renewal process, but it does not silently change the membership record.
