Renewal list and membership history

Members shown on the renewal list

The renewal list shows members whose recorded membership will end during the next 90 days or ended during the previous 90 days.

Each row shows the member, chapter, membership type, current dates, and the number of days until or since the end date. A member leaves the list after a paid membership with a later start date is recorded.

Sending the payment link

Staff cannot add the next membership from the renewal list. They can open the member record or email the membership payment link.

Account before membership

Account creation adds an inactive person profile. The person signs in with the verified account before opening membership checkout. Existing members sign in with the account already linked to their person record.

Paid membership checkout

The person chooses a membership option and pays through the association's Stripe account. A membership is created only after Stripe confirms the payment. The person's profile then becomes active.

A renewal starts after the current membership ends. A membership that starts later is marked as scheduled. The system rejects overlapping dates and repeated payment confirmations do not create another term.

Membership and payment history

Earlier membership terms remain in the person's history. Staff can review the membership type, dates, status, payment reference, amount, and refund state.

A full refund cancels the membership linked to that payment. Memberships imported during setup are kept as earlier history and are marked as migration records. New joins and renewals require confirmed payment.
